The Rush Center of the Johnson Institute Launches Newest Publication
Faith Partners Journal now Available
The Faith Partners
Journal is the newest product from the Rush Center. The Journal is designed as
another resource for the faith community to respond and support addiction
prevention and recovery ministries. Launching this quarterly magazine is an
important milestone in the Johnson Institute’s 40 year history of innovation in
the addiction recovery field. The Faith Partners Journal is both an
instructional guide with practical how-to tips on how congregations can be more
effective in the early recognition and treatment of addiction disease. Each
issue will show how “champions” from various team ministries operate, what
their keys to success are and their commitment to recovery. There will also be
special reports by representatives of faith-based team ministries as well as
reports by clergy on the latest issues. There will be tips on advocacy, tools
to equip faith ministries, religious perspectives from all denominations and
faiths, book reviews, and more.
A one-year subscription to the Faith Partners Journal is available for only
$18.00. Email either Trish Merrill at trishmerrill@johnsoninstitute.org or Drew
Brooks at drewbrooks@johnsoninstitute.org for more details.
