IN THIS SECTION
The Rush Center offers proven training programs to equip volunteers in faith institutions with the knowledge and skills required to build effective and fruitful team ministries.
The three training opportunities are Leadership Training, Team Training, and Skills Training. They are programmed for different levels and stages of development. Together, they help potential leaders and committed volunteers craft and mold the ministry to fit the specific opportunities of their individual congregation and community.
