The site visit offers religious leaders, professionals in the community and coalition leaders an opportunity to be oriented to the Faith Partners team ministry, and the stages of development including the Call to Action kit, leadership and team training. The time together is used to identify strategies to recruit congregations, nurture team development, involve the community, identify alcohol and other drug resources, and support a network of active teams.
